A lovely home away from home, restful and grounding during a busy 4 days reconnecting with family and exploring Sydney. Loved the outlook over the city from the kitchen / terrace end of the property. Great full kitchen and thoughtful details such as olive oil, herbs, kitchen paper, rubbish bags and dishwasher tablets. Great shower, there were 4 of us and we never ran out of hot water. We would definitely stay again and do recommend the place and location.

We had a great 7-night family stay. The place was clean, spacious, and had a kitchen and washing machine, which were very convenient. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing, and the location was walkable to the city center. Only downside was one towel per person with extra charges for more, and some noise from upstairs at night. Overall, very satisfied! Paul was kind and responsive, and there are lots of nice cafes nearby.

This was a long weekend away with my adult daughters in Sydney.
Firstly the terrace was in a great location an easy walk to Oxford Street and the city.
The place was so clean and very well equipped. Even included a hair straightener and little touches like chocolate, sparkling water and coffee pods.
A lot of thought has gone into making this a really nice place to stay.
Paul was in constant contact checking if we needed anything.
A great place which I’d return to again.

Paul's place is at a perfect location if you're visiting Sydney for tourism. It is as close as it gets to the Royal Botanical Gardens, the Opera, the NSW Art gallery and other museums and the CBD, while having a small-neighborhood feel. Walk 10 minutes in one direction and you're at the CBD, 10 minutes in another direction and you're in the coffee shops of Darlinghurst. Wake up in the morning and you can walk or run to the Opera through the botanical. We just had a wonderful time. The apartment is very clean, well equipped and just as described.

Paul is a great host, his accommodation is very comfortable & well equipped, it’s within easy walking distance to most of the things to do/see. We would definitely book to stay here again & Joe’s Table a few doors down serves up the best Thai food we have had in a long time! Highly recommended.

Seamless check-in, perfect location, spacious place. Everything is in there! Feels like you just want to stay there the whole day. Fully recommend this place to everyone who wants to stay in Sydney!

Pro's:- Superb Location , within easy walking distance of both the City Centre and multiple Bus Routes. Lovely Area to live in, Quite yet Central. House was spotless, Kitchen was really well stocked, lovely Back Yard , very comfortable Living Room and great to have Netflix/You Tube for the younger member of the party! Great local Information Booklet when we arrived, and our Host ,Paul, was very fast to respond to questions and very friendly.
Con's :- None really bar the Safe wasn't working working for our stay due to a missing part ( area very safe but nice to know you have your valuables secured). And be aware it's a converted Old House with wooden floor, so like all old properties, can be quite noisy from upstairs - but not an issue for us.
Overall, would highly recommend this property, and would definitely stay again if in Sydney.

We had a great time at Paul's place. The AirBNB is located in close proximity to major hubs, but also secluded enough where it feels suburban. Check-in was easy and Paul was very proactive and communicative. The value for the location was excellent. Would recommend staying here if you're looking for these amenities listed for a stay in Sydney.

We had a great stay at Paul’s terrace! The terrace was exactly like in the photos and the living room was even more spacious in person. Perfect for two singles or two couples! The terrace balcony has an amazing view in the evenings too.

I had a very satisfying experience during our stay. The room was extremely clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. We even had two delicious seafood dinners. Although we had hoped to enjoy a candlelight dinner on the terrace, it was too cold outside, so we had to give up on that idea. I highly recommend booking the Terrance. The owner, Paul, made thoughtful arrangements and made our experience very enjoyable.
