Nice, comfortable, quiet apartment in Darlinghurst neighborhood convenient to walk everywhere! Comfortable beds! Kitchen had everything needed to cook (although we didn't use) since there are so many great restaurants within walking distance! Paul was a great host - very helpful and quick to answer any questions! Host has a guide with lots of recommendations! Just a few minutes to walk to Flour & Stone for great pastries and a flat white!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Terrace. Paul was a very helpful and communicative historian. The location was excellent as the major attractions were walkable but it felt like a quieter residential area. There is a view of part of the city from the terrace. We would definitely stay again next time we visit Sydney.

Great location close to the city and lots of great eateries and a short walk to the metro. Very spacious and clean apartment. Amenities were good too!
Paul had clear instructions and a list of recommendations with a lovely welcome gift of chocolate from a local shop. I was a little early and he kindly let me leave the bags for a bit while the cleaner tidied up.
The bats are pretty loud but I liked the sounds they make. You can hear the floorboards creak from the apartment above, but it didn't really bother us. I guess the only thing that might make someone pause is the lack of grills on the window for a ground floor apartment, but the neighbourhood didn't feel unsafe. All in all we were really quite happy with the place for the week!

Paul's place had an awesome location advantage. It is close to major attractions in Sydney.
He was clear with his instructions and the guide book he gave us was packed with relevant local information.
